At the core of our work is a commitment to trust, expertise, and genuine care — helping every client find not just a property, but a place to call home.

We primarily serve clients across the GTA — including Brampton, Mississauga, Caledon, Toronto, Vaughan, Milton, and surrounding communities. However, we also assist clients relocating to or from other regions in Ontario.

We take a personalized, relationship-driven approach. Every client receives a tailored strategy, transparent communication, and full support from start to finish. Our results are built on strong marketing, deep local knowledge, and hands-on service.

Buying A Home

While it’s not mandatory, we highly recommend it. Pre-approval helps you understand your budget, strengthens your offer, and shows sellers that you’re a serious buyer.

In Ontario, closing costs typically range from 1.5% to 4% of the purchase price. This includes land transfer tax, legal fees, home inspection, and potential adjustment costs.

The buying process can vary depending on the market and your goals, but most purchases take between 30 and 90 days from accepted offer to closing.

Yes. Through RE/MAX’s extensive network and our own industry connections, we often provide clients access to off-market and pre-listing opportunities not yet available on MLS®.

Once your offer is accepted, we’ll guide you through conditions such as financing, home inspection, and lawyer review. We’ll coordinate with your lender and lawyer right through to closing day to ensure a smooth transition.

Selling A Home

We use a combination of local market data, recent comparable sales, and property-specific features to price your home strategically for maximum visibility and value.

We’ll conduct a walkthrough and recommend improvements that make the biggest impact — from staging and decluttering to simple repairs and curb appeal enhancements.

Market conditions vary, but on average, well-priced homes in the GTA sell within 2 to 6 weeks. Our goal is always to achieve the best possible result in the shortest possible time.

Your home will be marketed through professional photography, video tours, 3D walkthroughs, and global exposure on MLS®, RE/MAX.ca, and Realtor.ca — plus targeted campaigns on major social media platforms.

Commission rates vary depending on property type, price, and services. We’ll review all details transparently during our initial consultation, so there are no surprises.

General Real Estate Questions

The GTA market remains dynamic, with conditions shifting by neighbourhood and property type. We provide clients with up-to-date local insights so you can make informed, confident decisions.

Spring and early fall tend to be the most active, but with the right strategy, great results are possible year-round — especially with strong marketing and expert negotiation.

A buyer’s market happens when there’s more supply than demand, giving buyers more negotiating power. A seller’s market is the opposite — low inventory and high demand lead to stronger selling prices.

A home inspection is a professional evaluation of a property’s condition. We always recommend one before finalizing your purchase to ensure there are no hidden issues or costly surprises.

Yes. In Ontario, a licensed real estate lawyer is required to finalize the transfer of ownership. We can connect you with trusted professionals we’ve worked with for years.
