We truly recommend everyone give Jassi & Paul a chance. They were amazing and went above and beyond. We had our house listed with another agent before Jassi & Paul and the other agent was not able to sell it. It was on the market for over 60 days and when we took on Jassi & Paul they took care of everything. They got the house painted and staged and provided us feedback after every showing. They got us the most amount of money and it was the highest sold even when the market was down. They will be our realtors for life.

I highly recommend these two men to buy or sell your home. I was not the easiest client to deal with (I'm sure) as I am quite particular, but these gentlemen were very patient with me. We used team paul and jassi for selling and buying our house this summer. We had been planning this for years. Paul had been coming around about once or twice a year to check in to see if we were ready. He was always friendly, personable and not at all pushy. Finally we were ready and decided to have them check out the house. They came in and and gave us feedback on what to do to get the best value for our house. Within a week we were on the market and sold $11000 over asking in 2 days. Highest in our neighbourhood for the size and lot.
